These are characters from One Piece!! The guy on the left is Luffy and the other is Sanji!! The outfit they are wearing is from the One Piece game Ultimate Cruise( available on PS3 and Wii, it's an aweeeesome game)

I did this pic since I didn't get a chance to go to gold coast...missed the sea and sand so much

ps. in case nobody noticed...the cloud is shaped as luffy's straw hat
